About the event
Week progresses athlete through fundamentals, agility/strength/flexibility, stamina, nutrition and specific sport performance. Coaches will discuss tryout prep and student athlete healthy habits.
Week ends with Friday night game under the lights of Robert J. Schuler Sports Complex.
